Louise Stanton-Masten

President

Louise Stanton-Masten is President of Stanton-Masten Consulting. Her practice provides consulting services in organization management, strategic planning, public policy, and government/community relations. She is the former Executive Director of the Washington Tourism Alliance and has served as President/CEO of the Everett Area Chamber of Commerce and Business Development Director of Economic Alliance Snohomish County. She has been a Snohomish County resident since 1983. She has been active on the boards of the Institute of Flight, Mukilteo Community Orchestra, the Future of Flight Foundation, Boy Scouts of America, Everett Rotary and the City of Lynnwood Planning Commission.

Vinaya Chepuri

Vice President

Vinaya Chepuri has been a cardiologist at Western Washington Medical Group in Everett since 1993.  Born in Hyderabad, India, he moved to the United States in 1972.  Vinaya graduated from medical school at the University of Minnesota.  During his career as a physician in Everett, he has served in numerous healthcare leadership positions at Western Washington Medical Group and at Providence Regional Medical Center-Everett (PRMC-E).  He is dedicated to providing high quality healthcare to the citizens of Snohomish County.  He is also honored to serve as a Board member at HopeWorks.

Will Bailey

Secretary & Treasurer

Will Bailey is the Owner of Avid Landscape Management, LLC and is the current President of the Washington Association of Landscape Professionals.  Will holds a degree in Urban Forestry from the University of Washington as well as an Executive Development Certificate from the UW’s Foster School of business.  He has been in the landscape industry for over 30 years focusing on developing and managing high-quality, sustainable landscapes through engaged, local relationships with his clients and employees.

Glen Bachman

Board Member

Glen Bachman draws on more than thirty years of retail and asset management experience. He is currently the General Manager of the Everett Mall, and Vice President of Washington Real Estate Operations for Steadfast Properties. He is active in the community as Commission President for the Port of Everett, and is active with the Institute of Real Estate Management, International Council of Shopping Centers, Washington Retail Association, Puget Sound Regional Council, and Washington Coalition on International Trade.

Sam Samano

Board Member

Sam draws on more than 20 years of experience in workforce development and community engagement partnerships.

Experienced state and federal workforce professional responsible for understanding the needs of employers and engaging in public-private partnerships among business, industry, labor, and educational leaders in order to devise strategies to close local skills gaps. A group facilitator and relationship broker with expertise in strategic planning, sector partnerships, and partnership development, Appreciative Inquiry, and Design Thinking. Skilled communicator and writer.

Sam is motivated by the impetus that she can bring simply by building strong relationships with employers and other key stakeholders to connect targeted industries to build/find skilled qualified workers who will improve the economic well-being to benefit our entire community.

Paul Vexler

In honor and memory of our dear departed friend (1947-2022)

Paul was the founder (1982) of Quantum Windows and Doors, located in Everett, and was an accomplished wood sculptor. He was a Housing Hope Board Member Emeritus and founding Board Member for HopeWorks.
